I am excited about what has been happening at Team National for the last week or so! I’ve been in the business for 14 yrs in Iowa. Donna and I were ex broke dairy farmers then business owners that were introduced to this opportunity and saw it as a way to have time and money. We continued to work full time on our jobs and part time on our fortune. As the fortune came we left our jobs.

We’re beginning the new year and it’s a new exciting time for Team National. I honestly believe that the first quarter of 2012 could be bigger than any year that we have ever had.
We have a leadership team that was designed years ago with Dick Loehr. When he worked with Lee lacocca, they turned Chrysler around. Lee called in top people and assembled a team of 12 people and one of those people was Dick Loehr. Lee asked what could he do for them and the team had the answers to the problems and corporate listened. Lee put those answers into action and turned it around. Dick carried this philosophy to Team National and Angela carried it through the years.
The Platinums and Double Platinums will be at the corporate office for the Mid-Winter Business meeting next month. Angela will hand out over $1 million in profit sharing at the meeting and also get feedback from them. The committee puts together tools to produce to help everyone in the field to help sell memberships. The video is one of the tools and they have been working on that diligently. Team National invested in our own video production crew which allows us to perfect it and make sure it is done how we want. The committee reviews and makes any tweaks necessary. The feeling I got from the video is:

Look at Events Page for NYKO events and find one that is close to you. There will be some exciting announcements at NYKO for the 1st quarter of this year. One of these announcements is so exciting that we will announce it earlier on next Wednesday morning’s conference call. Make calls to your team and make sure everyone is on the call. Great call for prospects sitting on 3rd base.
Cash is King contest ends this week and we are giving out over $25,000. Make sure to get apps in before deadlines, business week ending this Friday, 12/23 and online entry ending Sunday at midnight.
Spend time reflecting through the holiday season on the “why”. Create your dream Board.
New Year’s is when everyone starts setting goals. 70% of people who set a New Year’s goal already quit in 2 weeks. So many people do not keep their options open to something like this, growing and getting out of average.
You need to have a goal. You need to have dreams and know where you’re going. Getting a dream board up should be the first step during figuring out the “why”. If you came into millions of dollars over the holiday season (ex. inheritance, winning the lotto) visualize what you would do with the money. You need to be clear and precise about what you really want.
Make a decision. Get the dream board set.
This will be the absolute biggest year in Team National history. The question is, will it be the absolute biggest year in your Team National history? No one knows but you. You have to make that decision.
