Momentum is building! We’re closing in on the Christmas season and all of the pieces of the puzzle are lined up to guarantee a huge record breaking year for Team National and all of your Team National businesses as well.
Special Guest – President & CEO Angela Loehr Chrysler
I’ve been here since 2000 and I am so grateful for all of you and your love and support for and continued dedication to Team National. So many people are committed to TN and committed to our mission of helping people change lives by providing value and inspiring dreams and continuing to do that with a product. Our membership is America’s leading product, something everyone wants and needs.
We will be celebrating 15 years next year! And we’ll be sharing awesome things at NYKO!
My dad created the foundation. He would say this company wasn’t started by any one person and will not change by any one person. There are a multitude of like-minded individuals that help the company grow. This is why we were able to launch new areas, such as TNTV.
One thing we all know, change does happen although we don’t always enjoy it or want it.
“The only person who likes change is a wet baby.” –Roy Blitzer
Most people don’t like change but it allows for other things to happen. If we have leaders in the company that decide to make a change, I have to be respectful of that decision whether I agree with it or not. I always want to believe that everyone who comes on board with Team National will stay with the company for the rest of their life.
People seek change for a variety of reasons. People’s desires or passions change and they feel like they need to go in a different direction or maybe they want to have a completely different product. In this industry we help people rekindle their passion. We are good at helping people do this. In rekindling people may decide to do that elsewhere. You can make a significant income with part time effort and even more with full time effort. You can still do everything you love and other passions too. This is why Team National Business Exchange is growing the way it does.
Anytime there is change:
1. You need to be open to learning, it makes it systematic and takes some of the emotion out of it.
2. Do not focus on the why (this has helped me immensely). I found through experience that this doesn’t make me feel any better knowing the why. Sometimes you don’t even really know the true answer. When my dad passed I didn’t ask why because it did not make me feel better. When my mind went there I didn’t feel better and it didn’t take away that it was still change. What did make me feel better was when I was in gratitude for what I had, for where I was, for the people around me , the leaders that were supporting Team National and that loved my dad and the time I had with him.
People make decisions based on themselves and their needs. We need to do what we need to do based on our needs. We need to focus on what we want to do, how we can be happy and help others. Live your mission for yourself.
I will continue to believe the best in people. I will continue to love, trust, believe our leaders and welcome them into my home and heart. If you believe in the best of people and you have a love of people, you will get so much more in return then any hurt you will ever get.

On Monday I shared a story about the charity motorcycle ride I participated in. It rained a lot throughout the weekend and I saw more rainbows than ever.
“There are rainbows through the storms” – Maya Angelou
When I got to work this morning, I looked out the window and saw a rainbow. I saw a rainbow everyday this week. This is a reminder that God is in control and he will continue to send all of us rainbows.

We will celebrate 15 years next year. We will stay focused on increasing membership savings and continue to help you have great product choices in a consumable product line. What we do, helps families and businesses have more money so they can do more things with their money and have choices.
I am proud that as a company we support charitable efforts. The company and my family and I support these charities. In one year alone we will donate over $100,000 in charity.
We have 2 employees that just celebrated 15 years with the company, Carol Boozer and Andres Forero. They have been here since inception.
The culture of this company is different and the people are different, there is a family feel.
Cash is King is a leadership lesson Dick taught his family and founded the company on. As a company we’re financially strong. We have the choice to if we want to build a multi-million dollar platinum retreat or buy a multi-million dollar building or start up a new division like TNTV. In order to launch new products there is typically a large start up cost and we have the money to do so. I will continue to invest in all of you and what we can do to improve the company and product line and awesome marketing plan.
I was reading a Success Club book called Wisdom of Wolves, Leadership Lessons From Nature. One section talked about unity through uniqueness, we have this at Team National. Wolves are unique, when they sing they have different melodies. Wolves respect each other so much, that’s the reason why they allow each one to be unique. They have true unity. They have their own voice but yet every wolf respects the voice of the others. Nature can be compared to humans. Human organizations and families can learn from this. Humans can celebrate our unity by our uniqueness, we can celebrate each individual instead of stifling them. That’s what we do here at Team National. We want our leaders to find their own individuality and have unity and balance in the mission of Team National by changing lives.

1. Leadership
2. Longevity
3. Culture

We know Team National is here for us this decade and next decade for our kids, grandkids and great grandkids.
2012 will be the biggest year in Team National’s history and your history!
