Kathy and her husband Ernie were business owners, owning both a mortgage company and a construction company. Kathy was not new to network marketing and had never had much success They simply weren’t looking for another opportunity.  When approached, Ernie was open minded and went to learn more and came home in love with Team National. Kathy was skeptical. She watched as Ernie took the first steps in the business and as she got to know the people in the business, she decided to educate herself about Team National. 

In the first 90 days after joining Team National they had the opportunity to go to convention and having won the Top Ten promotion they were invited to a luncheon where they met Dick and MaryLou Loehr. As they got to know the Loehrs, Kathy felt that she and her husband mattered and were appreciated and realized how wonderful the company was. Soon, they had enough income to close the mortgage company and focus on their construction company. Then the economy crashed… Ernie was focused on his traditional business and struggling. As she watched her husband, Kathy saw an opportunity to make things better using Team National.

At other conventions, Kathy had wondered what MaryLou does during the conventions and while waiting backstage to make their platinum speech Kathy saw MaryLou backstage. MaryLou watched all of the speakers on the monitor reinforcing Kathy’s belief that everyone matters to Team National.

As they built up relationships and a strong team they realized that they were helping others while others helped them.
