Host – 2010 Eagle Winner & Double Platinum Sheila Steffes

TN President & CEO Angela Loehr Chrysler

“In one week we’ll be in Orlando Florida for what we refer to as a life-changing event. So much success and growth going on all over the country with our TN IMDs, it’s so exciting! You won’t want to miss our Believe to Achieve Convention.”   – Angela

Let’s make 2012 one of the best year’s ever. It’s not too late to get refocused and keep that momentum going.

“Folks, you can truly get some great, valuable nuggets on these weekly calls. Listen in on these calls and get your team on these as well. But remember, you have to go one step further now, take action and put into place what’s discussed on these calls. Activity is a must.” – Angela

Just recently, we had the Barton’s ‘Lessons & Lifestyles of an Eagle Red Carpet Premiere Event’.  They took action and worked hard to build their business. But the beauty of it is, they were able to do this around an already busy schedule.

And  as Brad says, “you can live a lifestyle of convenience and live your dreams in exchange for some temporary inconvenience.”

We look forward to seeing thousands of you in Orlando. There’s still time for you to you get registered today.

Guest speaker – 2010 Eagle Winner & Double Platinum Ron Steffes

Today, we’ll discuss taking that first step and building your team.  Create the points and earn the right to go on that cruise and build your business big.

“I’m so wired, fired and pumped up this morning”. - Ronnie

Congratulations to our newest group of cruise winners. And welcome to all the IMDs, both new and old, to this call. In this series, a couple weeks ago, Double Platinum James Keller mentioned 3 types of people that will look at this business…

Builders, Carriers & Customers

Our job is to find out who wants to do what…

Last week, Platinum Greg Nickell said, “Earn while you learn.”

What a great way to master the basics.

“As a leader, you need to talk with your leaders, not at them.” – Ron

As John Maxwell says, “leaders are the example setters.”

In order to build a successful business, you must constantly work on these 4 things:

       1.  Consistency

       2.  Work ethic/tenacity

       3.  Patience and understanding of other people and where they are at in their lives

A great book to help in understanding different personality types is “Personality Plus” by Florence Littauer.

       4.  Constantly set the right example. Building teams and duplication. It’s what we’re all about.

There are 6 areas of importance you must learn and master . I call these, my report card to success:

       1.  Attendance at our events, be it local, regional and national events. At these events, you   get valuable nuggets
and training. These are belief-building events.

We must all go through a learning curve. Stay the course, don’t quit.

       2.  Subscribing to our Success Club, Genealogy and get on Autoship. Personal growth and understanding what’s going
on in your legs of business down in depth are crucial.

       3.  Participating in the conference calls.

“Guys, it’s cheaper to dial the miles than to drive the miles.” – Ron

Get on the 4 weekly calls.  And also your team calls.

       4.  Continue to host and not manage. Build your teams. Grow your teams.

Constantly sharing this awesome opportunity with folks you come in contact with, no matter what your level is. Get that
momentum goiung and keep it going. Develop your never ending list.

       5.  Keep a steady supply of tools on hand.

       6.  Understand the importance of building depth, working in depth. Help those brand new people.

You need to familiarize yourself with the background of the folks that are down in depth.

Are they on the calls? See that they are.

Pay attention to those down in depth. Understand the importance and strength in helping others.

A great leadership book  is by Andy Andrews, ‘The Travelers’ Gift’.

All of John Maxwell’s leadership books are terrific.

Chicken Soup for the Entrepreneurs’ Soul by Jack Canfield is wonderful.

How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie is truly an encyclopedia of how to build a strong business.
