In regards to our comp plan…

Points of emphasis /increasing your closing ratios:

In order to get folks to understand the power of our comp plan, you got be able to get that across in a simple, easy way.

1.    Use posture. Looking for a few people that want to make some big money that I can help. 
       No pressure. Don’t be a salesman. “It doesn't matter to me, cause I know 
       where I’m going.” You are looking for a few people to join you, but you don’t want 
       everybody, just a good few.
“ It’s not what you say it’s how you feel about what you are saying. You have got to have conviction and passion.” - Brad

 2.     Be excited.

You have got to sell you.

3.     It’s not over after video is over and closing call is done. Take people to the table and explain the saving and earnings a 
        more. Understand what you have your hands on. Use the Save and Earn Guide Book and show the 4 divisions and show 
        examples. There’s no risk. Your savings even on one purchase can pay for the cost of your membership. Only stay on 
        savings for 2 or 3 minutes max.

As Debbie McDonald says,” People make decisions with emotion and they justify it with logic.”

4.     KISS method stands for keep it simple stupid. Acronym. Don’t overcomplicate the simple system.

Just follow system.

5.     Draw out the 2 teams (Bob & Sue). And how you get paid on everything in your teams.  
        Explain the memberships (Premium and Standard).

6.     Unlimited Depth.  We are a networking company. We are not an MLM.  Our company has no levels, 
         it pays through infinity.

 Answer question before they ask it. 10 & 10 they pay you $1500.

7.     Draw the 3rd team using a different colored-pencil to contrast. This way it jumps out at people.

8.     Draw 4th team in same color.

9.     Explain hosting bonus.

10.   Ask for the business. What do need to answer and explain in further detail in order for you to 
        get started in the business right now.

11.  Give them alone time to discuss and make their decision.  Go out to your car and get a Save and 
        Earn Guide Book and a Success Magazine along with some apps. Remember, you get what you expect.
