Winner & Double Platinum Dixie Garrison
“My husband Don & I are quickly approaching our 15 year anniversary in Team National. We’re excited about all that’s going on in this company. There’s never been a better time to be a part of this terrific company. How about a company that does a promo to celebrate 15 year? They are running a special cruise promo for only 15 points you can go cruising and fellowship with the company’s top leaders and executive team. What a wonderful opportunity to vacation and get to know the top leaders. Lots of winners already and we’re not done yet. Were anxious to celebrate that time with you.” - Dixie
Our Believe to Achieve convention in Orlando is going to be
one of our best conventions ever.
Angela
“Lots of excitement and so much going on. I have been calling our cruise winners to congratulate them and get some great leadership quotes. Some common things in their responses is that they all have a competitive spirit, commitment and consistency .” – Angela
They add a jolt and momentum into their organizations, just
by showing their enthusiasm.
Focus on your goals and your dreams. Get your ‘Why’ clear.

Platinums Gregg &
Robin Layne, TN
“We have achieved success in 3 and a half years while still raising 3 kids. This has been the best ride of our lives and it’s not over yet. You just don’t know what an amazing opportunity you have your hands on. Gregg’s background is in the insurance agency. I went back to school for masters’ degree in education and started teaching as well. We were both very, very stressed. People on the outside though had no idea we were stressing so much cause it looked like we had it all.” - Robin
Brad contacted Gregg about insurance and simply took us
through the system. We were not approachable. You just don’t know people’s
situation regardless of how it appears. At first, Brad was a stranger to us. But
the timing was right and by going through the system, we saw the hope and
opportunity with Team National.
“Develop a never-ending list, networking every day with people you meet doing errands. Also work on personal growth and development so you can feel comfortable striking up a conversation at the grocery store, bank, gas station, etc. Strike up a random conversation and see where they’re at in their lives. Fast sell and stories tell. Selling hope. That’s what gets their attention and gets them to look.” - Robin
It is not easy to work the system. You need to prepare to
get those no’s. You don’t need to get all yeses. Get a few good people under you
and you’re on your way. Don’t let no’s get you done don’t take it personally.
Keep your posture. Remember, you are offering them something that can truly
change their lives. If they avoid you, simply stop offering and you take it away from
them.
“Make a habit and be consistent. Show this terrific opportunity 3 times a day (at least, on average) and have an accountability partner to hold you to your goals. Folks, you can‘t fix stupid so why try, don’t stress over it. Hopefully you are not satisfied with average and you will shoot for above average just by doing a little bit more consistently, every single day.” - Robin
“Stay consistent. Even on holidays. Keep on keeping on every single day is what will bring you success.” - Gregg
Don’t leave your family’s future in the hands of only 2
people.
Your ‘Why’ can make or break you. Have you made your dream
board? Are you following it and focusing?.
The sky’s the limit on the financial and time freedom.
Are you a manager a boss or a leader? People will only follow
a leader.
“What’s the difference maker? You have to do what no one else is willing to do like a boxer “focus and train harder” and in time you will feel like you are unbeatable. Be determined. Whatever it takes to get it done. Don’t try…that’s an excuse to fail you gotta get in that ring to do it. Are you going to take the steps to get it done.?You have to do more than what the average person will do., No matter what, be above average. Set your sights high.” - Gregg
Help others to help themselves. Have phone blitzes and get
them started. Don’t worry about what others will think. Block out negativity.
“Above average people, don’t worry about what below average people think. You family deserves to see you as a champ and walk up on stage and give your Platinum speech. Set your sites on Eagle - the top money earner on the company. Guys you can do it. Even if you fall a little short you will still have achieve success. Set the bar high enough.” - Gregg
Once you achieve that momentum keep it going, stay dedicated
and continue beyond. Do whatever it takes to get there.
Personal growth through our Success Club. Listen to CDs and
read the books go to convention , attend local events and get on the weekly conference
calls.
“All of our Eagles have that competitive spirit and are driven. Get upline counsel. Challenge yourself to emulate that person and grow. You are a winner you are number 1 come out fighting.” - Gregg
