“Friday, March 2 – TNTV will launch the first installment of its first original show, ‘Lessons and Lifestyles of an Eagle’ with Robert & Donna Fason. Tune in and check out their great story. In fact, why not gather up your teammates and have a watch party. Their story is inspiring and will help you keep your dreamer wide open. Pop that popcorn and enjoy, dream-build and make those calls!”

Our  ‘Fuel Your Fire’ convention in Kansas City is right around the corner (March 15 – March 18). You’ll hear great speakers sharing their nuggets and giving you terrific trainings, information, fun & fellowship.

Folks, being on these calls sure is a great way for you to learn, grow and hear from our top leaders. These folks share from their hearts and show you why Team National is so special and how you can grow your business, as they have.

Today’s Guest Speaker 2010 Eagle Winner & Double Platinum Ron Steffes

Topic – Building/Working Depth

“This is our 13th year with Team National and it just keeps getting better!” – Ron

Folks, when we joined,  we were very busy and we certainly weren’t looking for another job.
“However, the concept just made a lot of sense. I was impressed that I wasn’t asked to eat, drink, buy or wear any inflated product. I could see the savings immediately, with no catch.”

“Remember where you came from when you got started in order to help others.” - Ron

And within a couple days we went to a national event as guests in Branson, MO .

Folks that was a very powerful thing for us to go to and see the big picture. We got our belief solidified  and understood the importance of working depth. Now keep in mind that it didn’t come to us overnight, but overtime. Gotta take eyes off of yourself and focus on others.

Team National has been a life-changing  experience…

The heartbeat in this busness is the little things you do.

“Dennis Martin excelled in setting the example by the example he was setting. - Ron

10 things in this business that act as the arteries (veins and highways) of growth.

1 – Be on the weekly conference calls and team calls.

2 – Utilize the TN Tools – arms of your business.

3 – Promotion of events – eyes and ears of belief. Working depth. Attend and promote local and national events. Emphasize the importance of the events needing you and you needing the events. These all help build belief.

4 – Understand the importance from building a never ending list and BAMFAM (Book A Meeting From A Meeting).

5 – Activity level – the legs of the business is what makes it run. Momentum. Set the right example.

6 – Spouses working together.  Building relationships in depth.

7 – Get to know what people’s needs, dreams and goals are. Heartbeat of this company and growth.

8 – Teach by example.

9 – Get on success club, auto ship and  genealogy so you can track your business. Grow with duplication.

10 – Understand the importance of counseling. Constructive criticism.

Take the roads less traveled. This is how you get your time and financial freedom back. Don’t assume depth. Mirage of belief.  You need to go out and build depth with heart.

As John Maxwell says, “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”

Importance of trust. Working depth.

Say less to more people. Do 3-6 power plays a week. Never-ending list… passing baton with heartfelt feelings.

Personality plus great book

As Dennis Martin says,  “There are 2 ways to learn - From my mistakes or yours.”

“At age 65, we’re either dead or broke, certainly not a  good statistic. The majority of people are trading hours for dollars in the mainstream. You can choose a different path with Team National.” - Ron

Here’s a couple of great quotes from billionaire J. Paul Getty on the topic of effort…

“I'd rather have 1% of the effort of 100 men than 100% of my own effort." "The individual who wants to reach the top in business must appreciate the might of the force of habit and must understand that practices are what create habits. He must be quick to break those habits that can break him and hasten to adopt those practices that will become the habits that help him achieve the success he desires.
