Angela - 2010 Eagle Winners & Double Platinums Ron & Sheila Steffes are visited TN's home office. They truly exude great self-discipline. Another great example of this is 2004 Eagle Winner & Double Platinum Robert Fason.
Self discipline is defined as using self control in delaying your short term gratification in order to enjoy long term results .
The book, “No Excuses! The Power of Self-Discipline” by Brian Tracy is truly a great book. Here’s a terrific quote from it:
“Self-discipline is the key to personal greatness. It is the magic quality that opens all doors for you and makes everything else possible. With self-discipline, the average person can rise as far and as fast as his talents and intelligence can take him [or her]. But without self-discipline, a person with every blessing or background, education, and opportunity will seldom rise above mediocrity."
Today, Robert will wrap up his 5 part "Whatever It Takes" series...
Robert – Last week we discussed the 4th part in our "Whatever It Takes" series, structure with a sense of urgency through a large volume of appointments and power plays. This includes new IMDs and membership sales, in addition to getting 3 or 4 lines going. It’s important to make sure you got at least 10 power plays happening on a weekly basis, getting that interest meter up there.
Today part 5 - Overcoming the fear of the initial start
Book the appointment. Get into action before the ink is dry,
“Strike while the iron is hot".
Get them plugged in to the entire group. This creates a very healthy, long-term habit.
Our marketing plan is designed to build depth not width.
