Today, let’s talk about another key element - Commitment.  Commitment is a necessity for team-building.

Ryan Chamberlin– There are 3 core components in commitment that change everything. These impact all we do.
1 Skills- the right actions/activity done consistently = right results
An important question to ask yourself is… Is your reason big enough? Meaning what are you willing to give up? Your answer is completely tied to your dream, your why.
So be sure to clarify your why in order to do what’s necessary to embrace your dream.
2 Character – you attract who you are not who you want. Pursuit of leadership.
In John Maxwell’s “Developing the Leader Within You”, he never mentions how to be a leader. Instead, he focuses on attitude, belief, self-image,  all the things that define a  leader.
We don’t accept applications, only commitments – armed forces billboard
Becoming a leader requires consistent give and take.
Commitment= playing baseball. DMO = Daily Method of Operation -  to expose people to our concept correctly.
Move to action – in counsel mode, learn what to do and say about building business and then do it and say it. Spend time with the ones that are interested, show the program to them only.
3  Urgency  -speed at which we pursue our goals and dreams.  Your deadline is your transfer of commitment to action. Then there’s momentum - sustained level of commitment.
