Almost half way in the year, time flies when you’re having fun.

Marcus Buckingham’s book  Stand Out is about strength assessment and  finding your edge. Win at work.

“Work your strength zone not your weak zone. As a leader you need to be authentic ,catch excellence when it happens and reflect it back. There’s no perfect leadership profiles, just perfect  leadership practices.” - Marcus Buckingham

“We just had the McDonald’s Lessons & Lifestyle of an Eagle Red Carpet Premiere on TNTV and Fason’s  a couple of months ago. These are great stories to share. Our Eagles are all authentic, unique with different leadership styles and all success driven.” - Angela

Recap: Find your strength. Work within in your strength zone. And be authentic, you’ll  find greatness and success that way.

Great things happening

“Momentum is at an all time high. It’s great seeing the points counts climbing to an all time high .”  - Robert

“We’ve gotten great feedback from folks on the TN Success Shake. Transformations taking place and the shake is going through the roof. Whether you’re doing the shake for weight maintenance or weight loss,  overall it boosts metabolism and helps you look good, feel good.” – Robert

Cold market Prospecting

You do not recruit cold market. You do prospect cold market but not recruit them.
Use your people skills and techniques to turn a cold market prospect into a warm market person. Then you recruit them.

“Sell yourself just as much, if not more than the company. Understand what you have your hands on first though. Money is not a fad and it never will be.” - Robert

Use the 3 foot rule -  Start a conversation and use FORM method  - Family, Occupation, Recreation, from and Money.

God gave us one mouth and 2 ears . Be sure to use them proportionally.

Remember, people love to talk about themselves. So ask them the questions. Hobbies, interests, etc.

Stick with indirect questions like, ‘Do you know anyone who would be interested in a secondary income?’
When they ask questions…that means I wanna know more.

Give them your number that’s non-threatening and say, “Give me a ring when you got a minute. Just hit send and so I have you’ll number. I’ll give yiu a call and run this by you at a later time, perhaps this afternoon or would tomorrow be better for you.”

Use notes on phone and include a couple of key things.

Don’t tell them about a website, that’s not for recruiting purposes.

Call them ,do a 3 way call. Have both spousues present if posislbe on speaker phone, then show them.
Raise interest level up 7 out of 10. Before we have them push the button on that video.

You may also want to simply walk them through the Big N Marketplace.

Saving you money, not making your upline a bunch of money ,that’s what separates us from  all others in the direct selling industry.

Watch Success Stories. Then watch video.

Then call them with follow-up and with another person on the line to answer their questions.
Before that have that 3rd person tell their story.

If no questions, ask for them. Engage in conversation. And book next meeting.
Retail to recruit – business people. Recruit to retail – Individuals.
