It’s going to be an awesome week. Your Platinums and Double Platinum leaders were here in South Florida for fellowship, leadership training and for brainstorming. They came together and worked on a lot of great things for 2012. We will share lots of great things with you in the upcoming months and of course at convention. We have a great lineup for you guys in Kansas City.
Early Bird convention online registration is through Wednesday, February 8th. Get registered today!
Thank all for being on this call. There are great nuggets shared on these calls each week by our top leaders. The time and effort our leaders put into these calls truly makes them unique in helping develop you, because we are really about helping others.

“Financial Freedom & Time Freedom – that’s what building the Team National business is all about”…
“Be brief and get straight to the meat” – Kristin Barton
We’re so excited to be with Team National…there lots of opportunities to change people’s lives and their financial futures in 2012. We’ve been with TN for 6.5 years…
“Saying it has been life-changing is an understatement here…We started off working this business part time, I mean part, part-time and after 10 months, our efforts brought us both home from our teaching and coaching careers in just the first 10 months. Wow we basically retired in our mid 30’s. It’s a blessing to be full-time stay at home parents to our 3 kids.” TN has given us back time freedom as a family.
“Hey guys, it’s a brand new year…new beginning hope and excitement. Talk and evaluate your previous year and write down your dreams and set your goals for the new year. It is crucial to get a road map, a game plan as Brad and I call it, for the upcoming year. Goal setting and dreaming are key. Get unified on what needs to be done and get to work.” – Kristin Barton
“Today, I gave all I had what I kept is gone forever.” - anonymous
As Don Garrison says, “If you treat this like a big business, it will pay you like a big business. On the flip side, if you treat this like a hobby, it will pay you like a hobby.”
“We put our hobbies on hold until we achieved our goals –we went through lots of sacrifice. We focused our priorities in order: God, family, our current jobs and then working our TN business… you know what, we had fun doing this and we didn’t even miss our hobbies.” – Kristin Barton
My question to you is…Do you treat this like a big business? Or a hobby?
A book that Dixie recommended to us is 'Dare to Dream and Work to Win: Understanding the Dollars and Sense of Success in Network Marketing' by Dr. Tom Barrett.
“You can work your business full time part time, but not spare time. ” - Dr. Tom Barrett
While Brad was out spinning the DVD 2-4 times a day after work, here are 3 ways to work the business as a member of the home team:
1 – Be a supportive spouse
2 – Doing phone calls – 2nd bases opens closes, etc.
3 – Be positive. Don’t let those dream stealers in…as
Larry McDonald said, “It don’t matter we’re going Platinum.”
It boils down to being a numbers game…okay next. Remain steadfast and look for the positive, no matter what others say.
People go through different circumstances and different stages of life. No two families are exactly alike. So, sit down and map out what works for your family. Take the time to map out your dreams and set your goals and get your plan of attack. All of the temporary sacrifices you make are worth it.
“Temporary inconvenience for a lifetime of convenience. All of the temporary sacrifices you make are worth it.” – Kristin Barton
We are so proud to be a part of this company. Brad and I are living our lives beyond our wildest dreams all because of Team National.
