Host - National Sales Director, 2004 Eagle Winner & Double Platinum Robert Fason

Continuing in the series “Lessons in Excellence”, today we discuss Harvest Time.
“Back when I was a dairy farmer, everyone had their own niche. They knew their responsibilities and specific jobs to do daily.  But when it was harvest time and getting the crop in, everyone dropped what they were doing to help with the most important time to pitch in and help.” – Robert Fason

Team National is just like harvest time on the farm. The same key variables are here:

1 – Now is the magic time of the year that puts your business in motion. The holiday season is the best networking time of the year. This is a great time to talk to people about change, about having a “plan b” and saving money when shopping, not to mention being able to afford to go on a dream vacation and enjoy and have fun. During the holidays, you will inevitably be around more people (the next 30-45 days) then in the last several months. Dust off that contact list of yours. Make those calls stay consistent.

2 – Put your business in momentum.

Team National is destined for greatness in 2012, our 15 year anniversary. Lots of exciting things are coming your way. But, don’t wait till then for momentum to happen. Make it happen for yourself now. If you go into the new year with your own momentum, that coupled with the excitement and momentum that the new year brings, will yield a result that is 100 fold. We are seeing a huge increase in business from last year to this year. More people will move into the Platinum ranks than ever before. The energy and excitement of the New Year Kick Off announcements increases momentum dramatically. The Executive Committee, Double Platinums and Platinums have been working together with Angela to bring you some exciting things.  Can’t wait!

3 –
“If you have your appointment book full, then your closing ratio will soar”. – Robert Fason

Keep busy, stay busy. Keep pipeline full. Make lots of calls. Example: Water pumps for wells. Pump that handle for a long time and very fast. Be consistent. Even if you don’t see that water inching up over time, don’t let go of that handle. Keep with it and the results will reward you. Push the pedal to the metal.

No matter what approach, it should come around to the income opportunity ,not only the sale of the membership. There are two approaches: 1 - Recruit to retail (emphasize savings) and 2 - Retail to recruit (leading with the income opportunity - referring people and business owners).

The more people you run through the system, the better your results will be.

4 – Keep a positive attitude. One way is through personal growth on our Success Club.

“I estimate you will have 10 times a better chance to succeed just by actively listening  and reading this material. And the Success Club is commissionable, win/win. Feed your mind like you feed your body every day.” – Robert Fason.

Daily commitment -  “I will talk to _ people per day _ days per week. Ex: 5ppl 6 days a week.

Keep score in your own business…

When you’re climbing that mountain. Remember that the temporary inconvenience that you may experience along the way, will be worth it in the end.  Instead of saying, “I wish I would have, say I’m glad I did”…

Commitment - doing the things you said you’d do long after the mood has passed.

2012 will be Team National’s biggest year yet, so claim it as your biggest year too.

See you on the beaches of the world.
