Continuing with the series – The 8 Success Fundamentals

Today, we’ll discuss the final 2 fundamentals

#7 – Check your progress and counsel with your upline regularly.

Goal: Little things matter. Set yourself up for success.

Have a schematic of your group. Map out your organization.

Important questions to ask:

Who is doing power plays in each specific leg of your business?

How many power play are going on weekly?

Who is hosting or participating in events? Or headed to events?

Who is serious on capitalizing on as much as they can?

Who is on the Success Club, Auto Ship? Who is tuning in to the company conference calls?

Who is taking advantage of all that is available to them.

Analyze your groups progress.
“Learn to inspect what you expect”.  – Ken Kelm.

This helps get folks back on track.

General counseling – at national & regional events.

Specific counseling – monthly in your upline. Someone who has a vested interest in your success. Be willing to take advice and be willing to apply it.

There’s safety in numbers. Multiple counselors. There’s always somebody available for counseling upline. Always seek counseling prior to making a major decision.

Do not discuss business with your cross-line.

8 – Teach the pattern – step down in depth.

Grow your organization. Duplicate. Teach the teachers to teach.

Creating residual income – only comes from duplication.

Cohesiveness of your organization. The plan works if you’re willing to work it.
